Accredited Practising Dietitians (APD) are recognised health professionals with the qualifications and skills to translate scientific nutritional evidence into simple, practical and useful information that you can use to optimise your health and wellbeing.  Dietitians help normalise eating patters, kick the bad habits, teach you how to read food labels to make healthy choices and explain what your blood test results really mean in terms of your diet and health.  Not only do they provide helpful tips for your eating, but dietitians also provide advice on how fitness can help reach your goals quicker.  We are all aware that diet and exercise go hand in hand, so whatever health objective you may have, our dietitian will help you tackle it from both ends.
