Massage Therapy is the systematic and scientific method of treating the soft tissues of the body.  Massage has developed into a specialised tool for the treatment of muscle, ligament and tendon problems.  Massage works to normalize the dysfunction in soft tissues.  It is not only an art but a science.  Massage is also excellent for aiding relaxation.

Your massage therapist will take details of your health history and assess your current condition.  Different massage techniques will be used depending on your problem.  Stretches and/or exercises will be given to speed recovery.  Advanced Swedish, Sports and Remedial techniques will be used to treat your condition.

Reflexology is a very different treatment from general foot massage;  it is a specific pressure technique that works on precise reflex points on the feet that correspond to all the organs & glands in the body.  Reflexology works by stimulating reflexes on the feet, this effects internal organs via a simple reflex action.
